I fell betrayed at this young hunter for thinking that wolves would help us hunt because that was a taboo. This hunter has talked back and argued with me and now I am suspicious.Tao is a distracted boy who doesn't pay
attention to hunting and only thinks and dreams about art.A disappointing commitment has been added and now we have to
keep an eye on him.

about his mother. She told him that his mother would never let him die just because he

in the cold winter.Kala has also told him that she was very kind and creative. She would always
make crafts and everyone else would ask where did you get them? Then his mom would just give
it to them without anything to ask in return. When she had died she didn't let anything happen so Kala
took him and raised him as if he was her own,but before that she said,"It had been the law if the clan that

Write your reaction to the last paragraph in the chapter. Do you agree or disagree with Graybeard? Is what he says true for those times, but not now? Or is the reverse true: is it true now, but wasn't true then?

I disagree with Graybeard because you should really follow your dreams and I think that you should not get discouraged because you should follow your dreams I think that Graybeard should really understand Tao experiences and shout his mouth.

Chapter 8
An important theme in this novel is that people should follow their dreams and do what they believe is right, even if they don't follow their society's expected ways.
The author examines this theme in a stone age setting. Imagine a similar situation today, where a person's desires go against society's expectations
What situation did you imagine?

In the situation you imagined, should the person follow his or her dreams or should they follow society's rules? Give your opinion.

The situation I imaged is that a male could not design clothes or be a hair stylist. I think thats wrong because you should be able to do what you heart desires. In my life their has been a situation where a hair stylist was considered gay and I thing that is wrong because my hair stylist is a male and he's not gay because he is married and went to beauty school in New York and he is smart. I think that a males can be designers because I know the person that is the designer for the brand Ed Hardy and he is a old 60 year old man and from the point of view I saw him from he seemed nice and talented.
